I borrow some words from a leading coaching psychologist, Peter Bluckert, and describe my coaching work as a facilitation of learning and development. Whether for personal performance or strategic development, I coach with the purpose of improving performance, effective action, goal achievement and most importantly, personal satisfaction.
As your coach, my aim is to deliver growth and change in your performance, behaviour, attitude or just perspective.
I facilitate the development of a greater awareness of your situation, your inner self, and your surroundings. Through skilful questioning, challenge and support I aim to develop your abilities in this area.
What this means is that I will work one-on-one with you in a facilitation mode to help you address whatever issues are presenting themselves for you.
to understand my philosophy and approach.
I will work closely with you to help you find your own solutions in the belief that you have it within your own resources to find the answer, but like most people, you will benefit from having this process facilitated by an experienced competent coach.
